"Got a great auto deal the first month only to pay +80$ more the following 5 months and +100$ the second month. According to them, why I got the extra charge was that they found a ticket, when first starting my policy with them I told them about the ticket and they specifically said that they couldn’t find anything and that I’d be fine. After finding the ticket they told me I no longer qualified for Steer Clear. They told me they fought for me to get that charge off, yeah right. Canceling was hell, trying to go to progressive for a cheaper price, I had to call them over and over again, having to go back and forth with them telling me it’s cheaper here and how I’m making a dumb choice. Overall very toxic and two faced, felt very taken advantage of."

"Arlette Mendoza-Alvarez was asked about any tickets and or accidents as our system would not allow us to see any. We were told no but unfortunately underwriting did find a ticket. When Areltte called 6 months later about going to Progressive she had us review the quote Progressive gave her. Progressive had ground out all of her coverages; we matched what Progressive gave her and were $267 cheaper every 6 months than what Progressive was offering. We will always try to help our insureds to our best ability.
